Neighbourhood Plan Draft Presentation
The St Breock Parish Council is arranging for a display of the above neighbourhood plan to be held at the Paddock Room at Hawksfield on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th February between 7pm and 9pm on both days.
This is the 'draft' document consisting of 94 pages and it is going to be on display so that the local community have a chance to read it and send back their comments to the plans 'steering committee ' This is the only public display that will be undertaken locally. The deadline for the return of the residents comments is the 17th February, It is entirely up to the community as to whether or not they wish to attend the Hawksfield evenings but this is the only opportunity they will have to see the document displayed and to have their say. I understand that the next document that will be produced will be the actual Neighbourhood Plan which will then go out for ' public ' consultation.
Their are 'hard copies ' of the document available at Wadebridge library and the Town Hall for the public to read. The Parish Council are putting a notice in the local paper to advertise the two evenings at Hawksfield so that the local community within the three parishes involved in the 'plan' have the opportunity to come along and see it in a more open format.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO CORNWALL
COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS FORUM
Are you interested in access to the countryside in Cornwall?
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed people who can help develop opportunities for public access to the countryside in Cornwall.
Cornwall Countryside Access Forum provides advice to Cornwall Council and other appropriate bodies on how to make the countryside more accessible and enjoyable for open-air recreation, in ways which also address social, economic and environmental issues.
Cornwall Council is responsible for appointing members to Cornwall Countryside Access Forum and applications are currently being sought from candidates for vacancies on the Forum which will become available from July 2015. Successful candidates will be appointed for a period of 3 years. Cornwall Council is required to ensure that there is a balance of users, landowners and other interests on the Forum.
Public meetings of the Forum are held four times a year, generally on a Tuesday afternoon, although attendance at working groups and site visits may also be necessary.
The appointments will be effective from the Forum’s Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 28 July 2015.

St Breock Parish Council will be holding their next meeting on Wednesday 19th May 2021 commencing at 7.00pm
This will be preceded by the Annual Meeting at 6.30pm.
Please note: This will be a "face to face" meeting held at the Royal Cornwall Showground Wadebridge (room to be advised). COVID measures will be in place.
Our meetings are normally held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Members of the Public are welcome however, please note, if you wish to speak (3 minutes) at a meeting you MUST notify the Clerk as detaikled above.
